In 2014, Darran and Parri Kidwell set out to share their passion for authentic Texas BBQ with the DFW Metroplex. What started as a backyard dream fueled by hickory smoke and family recipes has evolved into Kidwell's BBQ & Catering, a thriving business built on the foundation of good food, warm hospitality, and genuine Texas spirit.
